Our WPC products, made from plant fibre fill and reinforced Modified material, mainly include profile, plate and other products by extrusion moulding. This kind of product not only keeps the vital texture and beautiful grain of lumber, but also overcome the weakness of natural lumber, such as labile form, crack, mildew and other fatal weakness, also waterproof, inflaming retarding, decay resistance, anti-aging, which is fit for using directly outside.

Our Nanometer Copolymerization WPC is made from plastic or recycling plastic (PE/PP) and fibre filling (wood flour and other fibre: rice chaff, straw staff, nut parting etc.), which is being applied extensively in out-doors landscape, logistics and architect guide template and etc. Our unique WPC craftwork and technique make the outdoors landscape more beautiful, pollution-free and more humanistic. All of the WPC material is recycling, which makes the rate of reusing WPC much higher and the cost much lower.

Plant fibre (processed) + plastic + accessory ingredient + high speed mixer + pelletizing line + extrusion line + cooling unit + hauling machine + cutter + finished product

Warranty: In theory, WPC decking’s physical life can reach more than 50 years, and now the known and have been using WPC decking’s life have been beyond 15 years, which still has better appearance and quality. So please rest assured we will guarantee the quality.
